Job Title: Relationship Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing mutual fund relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales of mutual funds products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote mutual fund products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank's mutual fund portfolio.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in relationship management within the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
