Mutual Fund Relationship Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing institutional sales, retail, banking, and distribution within the mutual fund industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing strategic partnerships with regional distributors
- Nurturing relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFA) Channel
- Fostering product sales growth through effective distributor engagement
- Solving service/operational issues and maintaining high service standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the Mutual Fund Industry's complexities
- Proven experience in managing Institutional Sales, Retail, Banking, and Distribution
- Knowledge of all Mutual Fund regulatory requirements
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Motivation, strong drive, and target-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer-focused, and able to coordinate between disparate groups
- Creative problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering results
