
Leadership Role for Mutual Fund Sales Professional

This is a leadership role for a Team Lead - Relationship Manager in the Customer Engagement Channel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mutual fund sales to high net worth individuals (HNIs) and will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and Mentor a Team: Oversee and guide a team of Relationship Managers to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Upsell Mutual Fund Products: Sell mutual fund products to HNI clients from an assigned database.
- Generate Fresh Leads: Develop new business opportunities through references to expand the client base.
- Conduct Regular Feedback Sessions: Hold regular review sessions with the team to improve business volume and client acquisition.
- Coach and Lead the Sales Team: Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Develop Long-term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key and potential investors to generate repeat business.
- Assist with Closing Sales Calls: Collaborate with Relationship Managers on closing sales calls when required.
- Deliver High-level Service: Ensure the team provides exceptional service to HNI customers.
- Create Awareness: Organize events, conferences, and product sessions to raise awareness among investors.
- Enhance Client Net Worth: Work towards increasing client net worth and achieving sales and revenue targets through the team.
- Experience in Mutual Fund Sales: Must have experience in selling mutual funds.
- Proven Experience Handling HNIs: Proven track record of handling high net worth individual clients.
- Comfortable with B2C Sales: Comfortable with business-to-consumer sales.
- Strong Team Management and Leadership Skills: Possess excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to Close Sales Calls: Effective at closing sales calls and supporting the team.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term relationships with clients.
