We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in North Karnataka.
This is a frontline role focused on identifying and onboarding distributors/dealers, building new relationships, and growing the partner ecosystem through anchor distribution models.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of fintech, distribution, and digital lending helping small businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the distribution ecosystem by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Onboard and Activate Dealer Networks: Onboard and activate dealer/distributor networks under identified brand anchors by providing training, support, and resources.
- Conduct Market Visits and Prospecting Activities: Conduct regular market visits and prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential partners.
- Drive Loan Conversion: Drive loan conversion by educating partners on product offerings, negotiating terms, and managing client relationships.
- Negotiate Terms and Manage Client Relationships: Negotiate terms and manage client relationships to ensure high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape business strategy, develop effective marketing campaigns, and improve product offerings.
- Monitor Market Trends and Provide Insights: Monitor market trends and provide insights for product/service improvement, competitor analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support by addressing customer concerns, providing timely responses, and resolving issues efficiently.

- Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in fintech, FMCG, or distribution sectors.
- Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of distribution models and channel financing.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Data Analysis and Market Feedback: Comfortable with data analysis and market feedback.
- Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently and drive field performance.
- Qualifications: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
