Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the given territory.

  • Sourcing and appointing distributors as and when required.
  • Motivating and coaching the distributor team to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Handling distributor issues related to claims and returns.
  • Managing route operations and market scheming to maximize sales.
  • Ensuring continuous availability and regular rotation of stock levels.
  • Acting as a liaison between the company and distributors to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Driving volume and growth in the assigned territory.
  • Managing primary and secondary sales to achieve business objectives.
  • Operating trade schemes within allocated parameters.
  • Must have handled more than 5 crores monthly business.
