Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Licensing Manager to spearhead our commercial growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generics out-licensing, preferably in Europe, and possess excellent commercial acumen.

About the Role:

  • Proactively identify potential business partners and build relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
  • Oversee both existing and new projects for business development and growth, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare for and lead deal meetings with existing and potential clients, effectively managing end-to-end client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market insights to guide strategic decision-making, staying ahead of global and European pharmaceutical trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize agreements and contracts, driving effective implementation of strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA with 8+ years experience in generics out-licensing, preferably in Europe.
  • Experience in licensing and alliance management, with skills in commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
