Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage high-performing offshore licensing teams.
  • Establish quarterly and annual targets for licensing and revenue growth.
  • Implement engagement strategies that balance intellectual property protection with customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship across all levels of the licensing services function.
  • Lead complex customer compliance engagements from notification through commercial resolution.
  • Support executive negotiations and escalations with high-impact customers.
  • Apply advanced licensing models for NetBackup, Data Protect, and other Cohesity offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contract interpretation, entitlement enforcement, and commercial resolution.
