
Senior Business Development Manager for Premium Gifting Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our business development efforts in corporate gifting. As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and sales strategy execution.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in premium products or modern trade. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building relationships with key stakeholders and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:- New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard corporate clients for seasonal and year-round gifting initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with HR heads, procurement teams, and CXOs.
- Customized Gifting Solutions: Collaborate with design & production teams to offer personalized, branded gifting options.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute sales targets and growth strategies across Bengaluru and South India.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Generate leads via networking, referrals, and participation in B2B events and expos.
- Partner & Channel Management: Build alliances with gifting agencies, event managers, and distributors.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Draft proposals, handle pricing, and close deals with a win-win mindset.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintain CRM and share regular updates on pipeline, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong execution skills.
