With over ¾ of American adults shopping at Target, our clients can connect directly with guests and deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes in premium environments.
We design and deliver impactful marketing for brands and their agencies, resulting in engagement and incremental sales that can be measured online and in-store.
As a Senior Manager, you will support the retail media business in building and executing successful media campaigns aligned to client objectives.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving strong expertise in retail / ecommerce media within the evolving retail media ecosystem.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams across Roundel (sales, marketing, product) to drive campaign success.
- Leading high-performing teams through intentional talent strategies focused on attracting, engaging, developing and retaining talent.
- Managing end-to-end media execution and setup for all digital, display, social and programmatic/RTB platforms.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong domain expertise, team leadership, analytical mindset, stakeholder influence and client consulting skills.
