Job Opportunity
\We are seeking a highly experienced leader to spearhead the development of our AI-powered products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the roadmap of these products, translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, technically feasible solutions.
\About the Role
\- You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- You will define and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- You will collaborate closely with engineering, research, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- You will make metrics-driven decisions, leveraging A/B testing, KPIs, and other data analytics tools to inform product strategy.
- You will conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- You will utilize tools like Notion, Jira, Figma, Power BI, and LangChain to facilitate effective product development and collaboration.
Requirements
\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology, analytics, or automation, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale AI/ML product life cycle, leading MLOps, RPA Ops, and Cloud Migration.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives in payer, provider, or healthcare services organizations.
- Healthcare domain expertise, including population health, care management, revenue cycle, or value-based care analytics.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, including EHRs, claims, clinical data, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with experiment tracking tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow).
- Solid grasp of AI/ML technologies, intelligent automation (RPA, IPA), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras).
- Proven expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and deep learning.
- Demonstrated ability to translate healthcare business needs into scalable, high-impact technology solutions.
- Leadership and influence experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across geographies.
- Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
