About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge products that leverage Machine Learning models to redefine user experiences. You will work on the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to deployment and scaling, creating robust, high-performance applications on the Google Cloud Platform. This is a unique opportunity to build impactful AI-powered solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and reliable full-stack applications with a focus on integrating AI/ML functionalities.
- Frontend Development: Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
- Backend Development: Architect and implement robust server-side logic, APIs, and services using Python with FastAPI framework
- AI/ML Integration: Model fine-tuning, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and applying sophisticated prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance and relevance in user-facing applications.
- Database Management: Design and maintain database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing services like Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Component Design: Design and document system components, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the overall architecture.
- Technical Leadership and Code Review: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and consistency across the team.
- Integration: Integration of different modules and components to create a cohesive and working product.
- Development Ownership: Ownership of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment. Divide major tasks into smaller modules and delegate them to developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI framework
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js
- Solid understanding of relational databases and strong SQL skills. Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying scalable applications on GCP is must
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in the digital marketing, ad-tech, or campaign management industry.
- Experience building and shipping commercial products that incorporate AI/ML technologies
