What You'll Do

- Architect, design, and develop production-grade AI/ML-powered applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Lead the end-to-end development of our MVP, taking it from initial modules to a scalable, enterprise-ready platform.
- Implement Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks, LangChain, graph-based reasoning, and other cutting-edge AI/ML techniques.
- Drive data engineering workflows, from ingestion and transformation to real-time predictive analytics.
- Fine-tune LLMs and optimise prompts for accuracy, contextual relevance, and brand intelligence.
- Define and implement the technical architecture and DevOps best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand real-world needs, iterating quickly for product–market fit.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team to execute at speed.
- Partner with the Founder & Board to align technical direction with business strategy and investor expectations.

Key Technical Skills & Experience

- Strong expertise in Python for AI/ML application development.
- Deep experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and AI/ML Ops.
- Proven track record of building and deploying end-to-end AI/ML products in production.
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
- Proficiency in RAG pipelines, long-context reasoning, and graph-based architectures.
- Strong data engineering skills – ETL pipelines, data modelling, streaming data frameworks.
- Experience with predictive analytics and real-time decision systems.
- Familiarity with API architecture, microservices, and integration best practices.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Bonus Skills

- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or B2C, D2C, B2B SaaS products.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and customer intent modelling.
- Exposure to agentic AI and autonomous workflow orchestration.
