Job Title: Educational Program Coordinator

 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to oversee the implementation of our educational programs at schools across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students and align with our organizational goals.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning and timely progress.
  • Travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating educational programs.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • 2-5 years of experience in education or a relevant field.

Role Summary:

We seek a passionate individual to join our team as an Educational Program Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of our educational programs at schools across Hyderabad.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development
    • Work with the content team to ensure program quality, creating, reviewing, and signoff prior to implementation.
    • Participate in daily activities with the content team and review program readiness.
    • Support strategy and planning for multiple offerings as workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  2. Program Implementation
    • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
    • Ensure successful implementation by taking decisions and actions for smooth delivery.
    • Maintain open communication with stakeholders for smooth functioning.
  3. School Collaboration
    • Presentation and collaboration activities related to acquiring new schools.
    • Support building business and brand image.
    • Build relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
    • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schoolteachers and management.
  4. Program Delivery
    • Roll out programs at schools to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Conduct classes for students as needed.
    • Provide support on Learning Management System (LMS) including content management and bug fixes.
  5. Teacher Support
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering programs effectively.
    • Conduct training sessions on program content, pedagogy, and assessment methods.
    • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among teachers.
  6. Data Collection and Reporting
    • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
    • Prepare reports for Lean Hyphen.
    • Identify areas for improvement based on feedback.
  7. Travel
    • Travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
