The role involves blending program management, stakeholder engagement, operations, and content coordination to support the design and execution of high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives. You will work closely with faculty, industry partners, and academic institutions to create engaging experiences for participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver workshops, certification programs, and outreach events that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • E nsure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program to ensure smooth execution.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners) to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
  • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Operations & Reporting

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
  • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance to maintain transparency and accountability.

Content & Communication Support

  • Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates that showcase the impact of our programs.
  • Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency and visual appeal.

Tech Platform Coordination

  • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing learning management systems (LMS), registration portals, and feedback tools to enhance the participant experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during program rollout to ensure minimal disruptions.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize future initiatives.
  • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input to enhance the overall quality of our programs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
