Program Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of impactful EdTech programs, promoting high-quality outcomes and timely progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student cohorts from onboarding to successful completion, ensuring seamless program execution and fostering student engagement.
  • Coordinate with mentors and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and streamlined program operations.
  • Monitor student performance, track progress, and provide support as needed to drive student success.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall program experience and optimize student outcomes.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop structured solutions to drive improvements and increase efficiency.
  • Utilize data and reporting tools to inform program enhancements and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in EdTech program management is essential for driving program success.
  • Strong track record of solving operational challenges with creative solutions and driving accountability across teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting, and the ability to adapt to changing program needs.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive results-oriented initiatives.
