Program Coordinator Job Opportunity

This role focuses on supporting learners by providing timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries, ensuring smooth delivery of programs in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have superior written and verbal Spanish/Portuguese skills and flexibility to work night shifts (India based). Key Responsibilities include Learner Support, Stakeholder Collaboration, Process Improvement, Quality Control, Enrollment & Application Management, Participant Support, Cross-Functional Coordination, and Performance Metrics.

Key Skills include Language Skills, Work Flexibility, Education, Customer Support Experience, Tech-Savvy, Adaptability, and Organizational Skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience in a customer service or learner support role is necessary. Familiarity with LMS, digital learning tools, or CRM platforms is a plus.
