
Business Billing Operations Coordinator

The primary goal of this role is to manage and maintain accurate billing records, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. This position requires a strong understanding of billing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage billing records, including tracking and updating invoices, credits, and refunds.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and issues.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve billing-related issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on meeting goals and objectives.
- Experience with billing software, such as Oracle or SAP.
- Knowledge of financial management systems and tools, including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Certifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
