Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team in Mumbai. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects, and managing project margins.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the lead point of contact and maintain healthy relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects as per client's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Manage project margins by effectively resource and budget management.


Requirements:



  • MBA or equivalent degree along with B.E. (preferably) or any other full-time graduate degree.


Preferred Qualifications:


Candidates from e-commerce or account management/client services background in the services industry are preferred.



What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary package of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
