About the Role

The Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for InMobi's global customer base. As a key member of the Supply Partnerships team, you will build trusted partnerships with media owners across app, web, and CTV supply via various integration methods with the InMobi advertising exchange.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with premium customers to grow their digital advertising business, focusing on programmatic revenue opportunities while cross-selling and upselling to increase value delivery and strengthen relationships between InMobi and the customer. You will develop a deep understanding of InMobi's product offerings and external market forces to drive results through regular check-ins, rigorous performance analyses, cross-functional project management, and industry event attendance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow customer lifetime revenue potential by creating a shared vision and roadmap for success.
  2. Develop customer relationships and work to create and capture new opportunities with publishers.
  3. Create publisher insights framework and establish relationships with platform partners to uncover potential prospects.
  4. Identify and collaborate with SSPs/platform partners relevant to the market and lead strategic initiatives.
  5. Be responsible and accountable for all InMobi's execution with the customers that constitute your book of business.
  6. Manage a portfolio of high-priority publishing customers by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  7. Meet or exceed targets consistently while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to InMobi's customers.
  8. Develop an understanding of technical aspects of ad serving and SSP functionality.
  9. Coach peers proactively in the organization to create skill lift that drives client growth and contributes to overall team success.
  10. Generate growth plans by collaborating with the Business Development team, the Marketplace team, the Product and Engineering teams to define business goals, key strategies, and growth opportunities identified through customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable analytical skills, with proven ability to dive deep into data to extract actionable insights that drive results and customer value.

  • Extremely proactive and biased towards taking action.
  • Creative, independent problem solver with proven ability to reason through complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Possess strong process management and analytical skills to juggle multiple customer needs and projects.
  • Ability to quickly master nuances of a complex industry with many moving pieces and constant change.
  • Interest in working against an assigned quota and driving sustainable growth.
  • An engaged team player with strong interpersonal skills who knows how to have fun while achieving results.
  • Experience or ability to understand the advertising technology ecosystem and current trends of monetization via platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Marketing, legal, Operations, and Sales teams to enable partners to InMobi exchange, related products, and advocate for functionality to grow partner businesses.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence team members and guide them.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years' experience managing publisher partnerships within an advertising technology business.
  • Language: Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  • Industry Type: Online/Digital Media or Internet Business.
  • Location – Bangalore, India.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Working experience in Programmatic advertising technology companies or online advertising.
  • Experience in quickly developing an understanding of new systems and platforms, able to independently solve any proposed problem statements with a best vision that's executable.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders & partners at all levels.
