Business Development Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the HORECA sector, driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the HORECA sector, identifying new business opportunities and maximizing revenue potential.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, driving the acquisition of large accounts through tailored solution building and strategic insights.
- Account Management: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless account management, from initial research to contract closure.
- Process Improvement: Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvement.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the HORECA sector.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and driving business expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
