Key ResponsibilitiesAchieving Sales Targets
  • Revenue and collection target achievement.
  • Product forecasting.
  • Ensuring New Sales Productivity targets are achieved.
  • Driving team performance by handholding, coaching, and monitoring day-to-day activities.
  • Analyzing sales trends and developing plans.
Network Expansion
  • Strengthening distributor networks.
  • Market mapping and data collection.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research.
  • Monitoring competitor activity.
Team Handling
  • Monitoring team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Working in the market with a sales team.
  • Analyzing sales trends and forecasting required changes in plans.
  • Conducting daily team meetings to set agendas.
  • Analyzing individual sales performance and providing support for improvement.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and annual performance development reviews.
Compliance
  • Ensuring SHE Compliance.
  • Adhering to company policies.
  • Ensuring timely reporting from team members.
  • Responsible for team attendance, approving leaves, and sales colleague retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related area and at least 6 years of experience in Product Retail Sales.

Should be an excellent individual performer with prior experience in team handling.

Should have experience in Product Retail Sales and Distribution Channel.

Geographical knowledge is a must.
