**Drive Sales Success in Luxury Sales**

As a Sales Manager-Luxury Properties at Star Estate, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve set goals. Your primary objective will be to mentor and motivate the sales team to drive sales initiatives and reach targeted sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and promotional activities for various projects to create new markets and achieve targeted sales.
  • Direct sales efforts towards high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Aggressively drive sales planning, forecasting sales, and customer service management.
  • Motivate and lead people, holding employees accountable for their performance.
  • Provide guidance to team members in their assigned duties and evaluate their performance.
