Job Summary


The Assistant Manager – Luxury Customer Marketing role is a key position within the Luxury Marketing team at Diageo. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer growth initiatives across the luxury category, leveraging their expertise in brand and trade marketing to deliver strategic imperatives for growth.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies across the luxury category, aligning with commercial sales team targets and Diageo's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional customer marketing teams, sales commercial teams, and HO brand teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal ROI.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver business performance, tracking and evaluating progress through key metrics and M&E evaluation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including creative agencies and external partners, to drive business growth and deliver on Diageo's purpose.


Requirements



  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand/trade marketing or GTM, with prior FMCG/Alcobev experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
