Lead Business Growth Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Livspace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a team of designers.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Own the sales funnel and drive sales closure, achieving sales targets on projects month-on-month through a team of 6-10 designers.
- Lead Design Team: Manage the design for 12-15 projects per month, ensuring high-quality output and productivity among the design team.
- Customer Experience: Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience, resulting in high net promoter scores.
- Training and Development: Train designers on technical details and lead design discussions to improve sales outcomes.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in B-Arch or relevant field; minimum 5 years of work experience in B2C business development and growth.
- Managerial experience of at least 1 year leading a team.
- Masters/ Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management.
- 3+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager with a track record of delivering end-to-end project management.
- Led and delivered at least 10 residential/interior projects.
