Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, generating leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling. Collaborate with local schools to expand our reach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals, providing feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
  • Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students in-person and over the phone to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration, following up with potential leads and encouraging them to join our courses.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong educational background in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

The salary range for this position is ₹25-40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
