Job Title: Procurement Expert

Job Summary:

The Procurement Expert will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, and handling requests for quotations (RFQs). This role involves daily interactions with suppliers, analyzing procurement data, and ensuring effective communication within the procurement team and with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate suppliers based on their quality, price, and delivery capabilities
  • Manage purchase orders from receipt to fulfillment
  • Handle requests for quotations (RFQs) and negotiate prices with suppliers
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ensure effective communication within the procurement team and with other departments
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools
