Transform Business Operations with Expert Procurement Solutions
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and take charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining procurement solutions using ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) and Integration Hub.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and configuring solutions to optimize source-to-pay processes, including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, contract lifecycle management, and approvals;
- Designing and automating workflows and Virtual Agent experiences for procurement-related use cases;
- Building and enhancing dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to support business needs;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring solutions meet procurement and compliance objectives;
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers;
- Supporting system integration and testing efforts, including UAT and production deployment;
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ServiceNow procurement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience with ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM);
- A strong understanding of procurement workflows, supplier management, and contract lifecycle;
