Expert Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Expert Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for our clients.

**Job Description:**
As a solutions architect, your primary responsibility will be to identify and diagnose complex customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate their deployment. You will develop proposals by owning specific parts of the document and providing inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise. You will also plan and configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate and drive growth
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct solution product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
• Understanding of financial processes for various types of projects and pricing models
