Procurement Solutions Expert

We are a leader in SaaS procurement software, specializing in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions for enterprises. Our cutting-edge software helps businesses improve their procurement processes, enhance cost efficiency, and ensure compliance.

As a Procurement Solutions Expert, you will work with existing customers to support them in cross-sell and upsell winning deals. You will be responsible for product positioning and consulting our customers on Product Fit and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value propositioning.

The role involves ensuring customer success, conducting health checks and value assessments, focusing on results, striving for excellence, and driving account pursuits strategically through product demonstrations solutioning of customer business requirements.

You will be responsible for all aspects of opportunities pursuits from kick-off to submission, product positioning, evaluating customer's requirements, and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value propositioning.

You will also work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Source to Pay (S2P) Functional areas, helping customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation towards a successful one.

Requirements:

  • BE / MBA from top tier institutes.
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of relevant experience is a must.
  • 7+ years experience with systems delivery, with emphasis on packaged software product implementation.
  • 7+ years of senior consulting experience and/or forward-facing customer experience.
  • 5+ years experience in Source to Pay Solutions.
