Procurement Expert

We are seeking an experienced procurement expert to design, configure, and support procurement and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain procurement solutions to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze procurement requirements
  • Configure and customize procurement modules including sourcing, procurement, contract management, and supplier management
  • Integrate procurement systems with other SAP modules and external systems
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for procurement solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement processes and functionalities
  • Participate in project planning, blueprinting, and go-live activities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for procurement processes and configurations

Skillset and Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience working with procurement solutions, with a focus on SAP Ariba
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing procurement modules
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP Ariba certification is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI)
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
