Role Description

As a
Management Trainee – Procurement & Digital Supply Chain
, you will embark on an accelerated career journey designed to shape you into a future leader in the consulting domain. From day one, you'll gain hands-on exposure to real client projects, working alongside industry experts on cutting-edge Procurement & Supply Chain transformations. Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken English; ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
    This is non-negotiable.
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in Procurement, Supply Chain, Consulting, or related business domains is desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in
    MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    – ability to analyze, present, and communicate data effectively.
  • Background or exposure to
    Procurement, Supply Chain, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
    is preferred.
  • Curious, self-driven, and eager to
    pursue professional certifications
    and continuous learning in Procurement & SCM.
  • Experience with
    data analysis, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
    or basic SQL is an advantage.

Probation Period:
3 Months

Location:
Pune, Maharashtra

Work Model:
On-site (Office-based), Monday to Friday
(Work from Home not available)

Compensation:
~₹32,000 per month (in-hand)
