Overview:

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
You will lead the development of our sales strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and negotiate agreements with clients. Your goal will be to deliver revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales leadership or commercial development.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
