Seeking a skilled Growth Engineer to drive sales outreach, create engaging content, and execute online growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, or community development, with a proven track record of cold outreach and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Outreach:
    • Conduct targeted outreach via email, calls, and social media to establish partnerships and pilots.
    • Bulk and manage a sales pipeline with measurable conversion goals.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop high-quality daily TikTok and Instagram videos that showcase the company's unique value proposition.
    • Manage the company's presence on Discord, GitHub, and other community platforms.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including organic and paid initiatives.
    • Launch newsletters, campaigns, and community updates.
      • A/B test copy, ads, and content formats to optimize adoption.
  • Product Launches:
    • Drive Product Hunt and event launches.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, growth, or community development.
  • Proven success with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Experience creating social media content, preferably on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong writing skills for emails, campaigns, and captions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Nice to Have
  • Background in health tech, veterinary medicine, or SaaS growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Notion.
  • Experience running paid campaigns and newsletters.
  • Past contributions to community-driven or open-source projects.
