Lead Client Relationships and Drive Growth

This role requires a seasoned professional with 6-10 years of experience in client servicing/account management. The ideal candidate will lead our Bangalore branch's client servicing function, building and nurturing long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing clients
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals to ensure high performance and client satisfaction
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Represent us at client presentations, reviews, and industry events
