We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital-first growth strategy. This is an opportunity to own the growth story of a new-age brand that's reshaping how the world experiences purity.

This role involves leading marketplace expansion, owning performance marketing, boosting sales & conversions, optimizing everything, and building partnerships.

  • Lead Marketplace Expansion: Build and manage relationships with leading digital shelves.
  • Own Performance Marketing: Drive Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad strategies with a focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Return on Investment (ROI), and revenue.
  • Boost Sales & Conversions: Monitor daily/weekly sales, run smart promotions, and execute campaigns that truly move the needle.
  • Optimize Everything: From product listings to conversion funnels, ensure the brand always wins visibility and trust.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance metrics, competitor activity, and consumer insights then translate them into actionable growth plans.
  • Build Partnerships: Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
  • Expand Horizons: Explore new platforms, new partnerships, and new opportunities to scale the brand far and wide.

You're the Right Fit If You

  • Have 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, e-commerce, or q-commerce.
  • Have scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands, especially those related to ghee, oils, natural/organic foods.
  • Can balance numbers and storytelling, living in data dashboards but thinking like a marketer.
  • Want to be part of a movement, not just a company where tradition meets modern digital-first growth.
