Job Title: Key Technology Account Specialist

About the Position:

  • This is a critical role in expanding our national and international business partnerships while representing our commitment to excellence in technology solutions.
  • We are seeking an experienced Key Account Specialist to develop and maintain strategic relationships, understand client needs, and ensure our services meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Technology sector.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach and partnership development.
  • Understand clients' technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment and placement process.
  • Manage candidate submission and interview process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in key account management within the Technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), Network Technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
