Our team is passionate about shaping the commercial construction landscape, and we're seeking a dynamic and driven Manager – Partnerships & Alliance to spearhead our growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships to drive project execution and build a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard strategic partners, including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts to ensure mutual value creation.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Actively scout for individuals and institutions with suitable land holdings and a desire to build commercial establishments.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to run targeted outreach campaigns, events, and workshops.
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial project leads through strategic alliances.
Project Coordination & Support
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Operations, Design, etc.) to facilitate seamless project kick-offs post-partnership acquisition.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor strategies, partner ecosystems, and market trends in commercial real estate and construction.
- Share insights and help shape partnership strategies to align with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
