Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio. They should also have strong technical development skills in SFMC and experience with personalization platforms like Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of data security, privacy, and deliverability best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Strong technical development skills in SFMC.
  • Experience with personalization platforms like Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio.
  • Proficiency in AMP script, SSJS, SQL for advanced customization and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of API integrations between SFMC and external systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant certification preferred.
