Job Description:

As a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects within the wealth management domain. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in IT project management, and in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, configuring Salesforce features such as flows, reports, dashboards, security, and data model enhancements, and ensuring seamless system integrations with wealth management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full project lifecycles, from RFP to deployment, and possess excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management and Salesforce Platform
  • Domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services, including client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, and portfolio reporting
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization skills
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP/Agile certifications are a plus
