Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing data streams and delivering insightful reports using the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform.

• Collaborating with our team to deliver dashboard reporting and provide a holistic view of marketing performance for clients.

• Building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

• Applying knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations to drive business growth.

• Utilising SQL skills to extract valuable insights from complex data sets.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama, including data stream management.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations.
  • SQL skills to extract valuable insights from complex data sets.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A passion for data and reporting with a proactive approach to professional development.
