Cloud Content Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Content Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Systems group, you will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and expanding our cloud content security platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a primary administrator for our cloud content security org (~500 users)
  • Performing standard administrative tasks: user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, and audits
  • Developing and maintaining scalable solutions using declarative tools and custom objects
  • Customizing and supporting managed packages
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions
  • Owning the full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and maintain features

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud content security administration
  • Strong understanding of declarative tools and custom objects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools is a plus
