We are seeking a skilled Wholesale Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on technology advancements and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in wholesale sales and technology, with expertise in ERP system enhancements including gathering requirements, testing, and implementation of simple solutions to complex problems.

They will also be able to analyze business processes and technical requirements, document solutions, and ensure that subject matter experts are adequately trained.

In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders during sprint planning sessions and project implementations, troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU issues, communicate regularly with business partners and team members in multiple time-zones, and adhere to a strict change control policy for all application developments and configurations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in wholesale sales operations required.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst in the retail industry preferred.
  • Hands on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations.
  • Proven ability to learn and test new business application functionalities.
