The Role of Territory Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving secondary sales of partner stockiest and wholesale distributors in the defined state.
This includes overseeing the secondaries of partner and wholesale DBs for the designated states for product portfolio. Your primary goal is to deliver market leading growth through strategic activations and effective collaboration with our partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive secondary sales of partner stockiest and wholesale distributors in the defined state
- Responsible for delivering differential growth from these pharmacies
- Facilitate below the line activations inside pharmacies to drive shopper trials and conversions
- Implement targeted D2R campaigns via Retail Aggregators like Pharmarack Retalio to improve Stock weights and sell outs
- Ensure timely placement of new products as per launch plan in targeted cities and pharmacies
- Engage with stockists to steer coordinated efforts to drive week month and quarter secondary plans
- Effectively engage with retailer and their employees to improve advocacy for product portfolio
- Execution metrics such as program store execution audits and sales tracking
- Range Availability in covered stores
- Targeted campaigns execution measures
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
