NOTE1:- We are seeking candidates who have previous experience working in the retail and fashion industries only, specifically in B2B marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
NOTE2: Salary up to ₹70,000 per month plus incentives based on meeting sales targets, as per company policy.
Job Description:
Loyzo Retails India Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team. As an Area Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence by targeting maternity and children's hospitals, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail distributors within your designated area. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in the maternity, supermarket, hypermarket, and retail sectors within your area.
- Present and promote Loyzo's unique product offerings, including our 100% cotton kids' clothing and newborn baby gift sets.
- Highlight the brand's focus on using non-allergic, bio-washed fabrics that are soft and safe for baby skin.
- Emphasize the beautifully designed packaging that enhances the gifting experience and promotes brand value.
- Educate clients about Loyzo's commitment to sustainable and handcrafted clothing, catering to a niche market for premium babywear.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure sales and distribution agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at local trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans.
- Build a sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the retail market and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a background in kids' wear or related retail products.
- Is proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- Has a passion for high-quality, sustainable baby clothing.
- The candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline.
