Food Industry Sales and Community Liaison

AnyFeast is a startup revolutionizing meal preparation by empowering people to savour fresh, flavourful meals made with confidence and locally sourced ingredients. We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to lead sales efforts, onboard local partners, and promote the AnyFeast brand through innovative marketing strategies and community engagement.
This role is critical to the success of AnyFeast and offers opportunities for growth and impact. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills, as well as familiarity with the local Pune community and its businesses.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Partner Onboarding: Identify and onboard local grocery shops, gyms, fitness instructors, nutritionists, and other local businesses, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners for mutual growth and cross-promotion.
- Customer Acquisition: Engage in door-to-door sales to introduce AnyFeast's offerings and drive customer sign-ups, promoting AnyFeast through WhatsApp groups, social platforms, and local communities.
- Community Marketing & Events: Organise in-person events, such as product demonstrations and workshops, to boost brand visibility, representing AnyFeast at local events, food festivals, and community gatherings.
- Email Campaigns: Create and send weekly email newsletters to highlight new recipe kits, product updates, and partner promotions, analysing campaign performance and optimising for better engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, including customer acquisitions, partner sign-ups, and campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as a passionate advocate for AnyFeast, sharing its mission and values with the local community.
In terms of compensation, the successful candidate can expect:
- Performance-Based Compensation: ₹500 for each grocery shop successfully onboarded, ₹750 for each gym, fitness instructor, or local business onboarded, ₹50 for each new customer acquired via outreach, ₹200 for each customer who completes three orders in their first month, ₹1,500 bonus for acquiring 50+ customers in a month, ₹3,000 for 100+ customers, and ₹1,000 per successful local event organised and executed.
- Transportation Allowance: A flat ₹3,000/month for travel expenses.
- Recognition: Monthly awards for top performers, with additional cash bonuses or gift vouchers.
