Senior Executive Client Servicing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Servicing Executive to bridge the gap between our clients and creative teams. This role requires strong relationship management, deep understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies. They will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships that drive business growth.
  • Client Understanding: Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs and insights.
  • Project Management: Brief internal teams clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Social Media handling - preferred as an additional qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative storytelling.
