We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Client Partnerships Director.

Job Description

This position involves driving successful adoption of our technology solutions, ensuring long-term customer value, and nurturing high-impact partnerships. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to align our offerings with customer goals, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver continuous business impact.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of mid-to-large enterprise clients;
  • Understanding clients' business objectives and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable outcomes;
  • Leading client onboarding, training, and long-term success planning to ensure seamless adoption and satisfaction;
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure effective communication, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement;
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, strategic roadmap discussions, and planning sessions with client stakeholders;
  • Analyzing customer data, usage patterns, and KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and value-added services;
  • Partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate client feedback into product and service enhancements;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus;
  • 6–15 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or technical consulting roles within a technology-driven environment;
  • Strong knowledge in enterprise IT systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) modernization projects;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships, influence decision-makers, and deliver strategic outcomes;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and customer support tools;
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, consultative approach and strong problem-solving capabilities;
