About the RoleWe seek an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Associate to collaborate with cross-functional teams for goal setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes.
The successful candidate will utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
