As a highly experienced professional, you will lead our consulting and operations functions, managing teams, consulting clients, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Act as the lead consultant across service lines: compliance, tax optimization, exports, and corporate strategy.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong background in consulting, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key qualifications include 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, chartered accountant office, or export/compliance industry.

You should have knowledge areas such as tax law, export regulations, compliance, audit processes, and international trade consulting.

A proven track record of consulting delivery and client management is required, along with strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.

Excellent written and verbal communication are also essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred) is necessary.
