The Senior Manager will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing the organization's initiatives.

This role requires a visionary strategist and a hands-on operator who can manage complex, cross-functional projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with the executive team, event partners, and sponsors globally.

  • Portfolio Management
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Build and maintain the 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
  • Present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement
  • Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate partner goals.
  • Ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
  • Team Leadership
  • Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns.
  • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or nonprofit organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
